Situato al terzo piano, con ascensore, è particolarmente silenzioso e per la sua ubicazione è il luogo ideale per il vostro soggiorno a Trieste. Distante poche centinaia di metri dalla piazza Unità d'Italia è circondato da localini, bistrò ed altri luoghi caratteristici di Trieste.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Enjoy the brand new apartment (renovated in May '24), located in the center of Trieste (100 meters from Viale XX Settembre, 13 minutes walk from Piazza Unità). The apartment is located in Via Nordio. It is an area, where you can find restaurants, bars, wine bars and small shops. The property is located on the third floor of a historic building with an elevator, windows facing the courtyard, which makes the apartment quiet, considering the central position.

It has been our home for a long time and when we had to move in, we renovated and restored it with care, adapting it to the needs of future guests. You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are sure that you will also love it.

Vista mare a due passi da Piazza Unità

L'appartamento si trova in centro città, vicino alla zona della "movida triestina", vicino a musei, ristoranti, bar e monumenti, vicinissimo alla Clinica Salus e all'Università Vecchia. E' un'ottima base di partenza per visitare la città senza toccare la macchina! Ha una splendida vista panoramica sul mare ed è adatto a coppie, a chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie.
