Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

Cosy one bedroom retreat in the Devon countryside

Enjoy a relaxing stay in a modern, fully-furnished, self-contained annexe surrounded by the National Trust’s Killerton Estate in the East Devon countryside. A perfect location for hikers and bikers with public footpaths and cycle paths on the door step. The local pub and village shop is also within walking distance. Exeter City is just 6 miles away and the rest of glorious Devon is within easy reach by car. Parking for 1 car if require a second space please contact prior to stay to arrange.

Owl Cottage is a Grade 2 Cottage. It has original beams & Inglenook fireplace, it has been tastefully modernised. Broadband available. Two bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with en-suite. Bedroom 2 is a single + supplied travel cot if required. A modern kitchen with all facilities including a washing machine. Downstairs bathroom with bath. Fenced Back garden for dogs with patio area. The cottage is in a small village on the outskirts of Exeter and is close to Dartmoor/Exmoor. Lovely beaches nearby.

An idea place for a peaceful stopover, attending a wedding nearby or close to the University of Exeter and city centre. Self contained detached building with private parking, large open planned space with kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor area. 7 minutes from Junction 28 M5 junction and 20 minutes from Exeter. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

Self contained annexe to the main house. Private entrance and newly finished dedicated patio area, enjoying beautiful views and spacious garden. The room features a double bed with ensuite shower room, breakfast area with fridge and freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and chairs. Travel cot available. This is the ideal place for a peaceful rest in a quiet location, close to local shops and services.

Garden Room

We are situated in a rural location on the Killerton National Trust Estate just 20 minutes drive from Exeter. We have a clean and fresh, recently renovated self contained studio apartment with a kitchen area containing a microwave, fridge, toaster and a kettle. We are dog friendly and there are plenty of options for dog walking straight from the property.
