Willkommen in unseren charmantem Apartment! Wir bieten insgesamt sechs Einheiten an, die je nach Verfügbarkeit vergeben werden. Zwei dieser Apartments befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügen über eine Terrasse. Die vier anderen Apartments liegen im Obergeschoss und haben einen Balkon. Der Meerblick variiert leicht je nach Apartment, wie Sie auf den Bildern sehen können. Apartment Nadarina

This is a peaceful countryside aparatment located 5 minutes drive from the nearest beach and 5 minute drive from the nearest places of Rabac and Labin. Its ideal for couples with small children and for people that just want to get away form the city rush and enjoy the quiet countryside. As you can see from the pictures it has a lot of parking space and a lot of space where children can run and play freely.There is also a playground for small children located 1 minute walk from the aparatament.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Only 4 km from the beach, Villa Manola offers guests complete peace, a view of nature and a amazing vacation. In the completely fenced yard, guests can enjoy the 38 m2 swimming pool and the outdoor area, where guests have sunbeds, an outdoor shower, and covered seating. The pleasure of pleasant summer evenings will certainly be the preparation of a barbecue in the open air in the outdoor dining room. On the ground floor of this villa there is a living room with direct access to the pool.

Time to dream above the sea. An apartment on the top floor of a family house, with spectacular view, and I do mean spectacular views of the sea, the bay and also of the Old City Labin. It is located in an area close to the sea. Walking distance to the nearest and biggest beach in Rabac is 250 meters. The décor of the apartment is clean and fresh and modern (check out the photos). Best for 2 people - couples, best friends, solo adventurers, business travelers.

bij aankomst op de ruime gratis parking kan je via prive ingang door de gang naar je kamer die smaakvol ingericht is, aan de overzijde van de gang bevind zich de badkamer met douche en toilet. In het gehele verblijf is het rookvrij en geen huisdieren toegelaten. Voor een lekker ontbijt, aperitief of gewoon even ontspannen kan je heerlijk buiten onder de patio vertoeven, waar uiteraard wel gerookt mag worden.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
