Welcome to Primrose Studio, a self-contained apartment on a quiet, private drive - just 2 mins walk to the centre of Totnes. Satnav won’t find us - our check in directions will ! Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The studio has its own front door, with its own parking space right outside. Ideal for couples, we welcome family pets too.

Cosy, straw bale barn, walking access to Dartmoor

Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Garden Cottage is a beautifully appointed two-bedroom apartment in The Lincombes, Torquay’s most prestigious neighbourhood, renowned for its breathtaking views, picturesque gardens, and grand Victorian Italianate residences. Just minutes from Torquay’s marina, it offers a private street entrance & unrestricted parking, plus an on-site Tesla charging point. At the front is a sunny decked courtyard area. The idyllic Meadfoot Beach—a local favourite—is just a scenic 10-minute stroll away.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Cider Barn - Idyllic All-Seasons Holiday Cottage

Pretty, stylish holiday cottage with wood-burning stove in a stunning village near Totnes, South Devon. Sleeps 4-6. The Cider Barn is in the garden of our home, surrounded by meadows with a river, 2 miles from Totnes, with its cafes, restaurants, bohemian vibes. The cottage has dedicated fibre broadband (100mb). Near Dartmoor and stunning beaches with surf. Private garden, riverside dining, 5 acres of meadows. Next door to great pub. NB We prefer week-long bookings in summer. Car advised!

Higher Lodge, Devon thatched cottage

Magical 300 year old thatched cottage, lovingly restored into the ultimate countryside retreat- pet friendly, hot tub, roll top bath and a stones throw from the local pub... Nestled in the historic village of Cockington, Higher Lodge was originally the gardeners cottage and a gate house to Cockington Court. Surrounded by 250 acres of landscaped gardens, woodland walks and only 5 minutes drive from the beach, this romantic hideaway is the perfect place to escape the every day.

Ruby Retreat Shepherd’s Hut in Devon

Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building, bursting with character, set on the banks of the River Dart. Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space. The atmosphere is fresh and light, with skylights that make even the dullest of days seem bright. The patio doors open up on to a large deck area overlooking the river from an elevated height thus giving you great views across the River Dart.
