Centrally located in the heart of WEST BABYLON. We are a quick trip to Babylon Village shops, bars, and restaurants, Tanger Outlets, Jones Beach, Robert Moses, and Marina Beaches. Ferries to Fire Island also close by. About an hour drive to New York City via nearby expressway or a 65 minute railroad ride.

Comfy studio in Bethpage

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Whether you want go to the beach,shopping,or head to New York City for a broadway show, this is the perfect place. Our home is conveniently located in Amityville, NY. We are less than 10 mins away by car from Jones Beach, where you can enjoy a concert, or simply soak in the sun and enjoy the waves. We are close to Route 110, where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and local shops. We are less than 5 mins by car to the mall and/or the train to New York City.

Studio in Stony Brook

We have contactless check-in procedure & fully private entrance. Please contact with any questions! Large clean studio space that is totally private from the main residence. Private bathroom with toiletries included. Close to beaches, shopping, and SUNY hospital and campus by car or bus. Pull-out loveseat with twin size mattress available for an extra charge. (Book for “3 Guests” for this regardless of occupancy so we know to prepare the bed.)

The Harbor House

Beautiful three bedroom home located on the waterfront in Bay Shore’s historic bay district. Steps to local waterfront restaurants and marina. Short walk to Main Street shopping, restaurants and nightlife and just minutes from the Fire Island Ferries and Long Island Railroad. Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, large deck for barbecuing with harbor views, natural wood fire pit with Adirondack chairs and fully fenced in yard.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

It's conveniently located, just a 5-minute drive to the LIRR at Copiague station, offering a one-hour train journey to New York City.
