"Home away from home" in Long Island, NY

2-bedroom apartment in a safe neighborhood. 2 queen beds & Twin air mattress. Extra towels and sheets set. Plenty of space with access to kitchen, washer/dryer (not shared with anyone else), spacious living room & dining area. You will have your own entrance. Near many attractions, 25 mins from JFK, & a quick train ride or drive to NYC and near the beach! All types of fast food and delicious restaurants nearby! Apt is in excellent condition, sanitized and clean in a great environment.

The space is on the ground level; it's about 600 square feet. Best part is it's right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $100 pet fee.

Comfy studio in Bethpage

This upstairs studio is in the heart of Long Island. You will find towels, sheets, a full kitchen with dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator unit has a full sized freezer and fridge. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Beautiful Retreat by the Beach, La Casita Flora

Guest apartment has a private entrance and includes one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, office with sofa bed, and large sunny balcony. You can walk everywhere from here! It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and boardwalk. The train station to NYC and JFK is one block away. A grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, brewery, pharmacy, and other amenities are minutes away. Many guests comment that I keep the space "sparkling clean".
