The suite is located on the first floor of a venetian renaissance palazzo built in 1580 and called Palazzo Basilisco - one of the finest examples of renaissance architecture in the city. The suite was carefully designed to fit a small entrance with a bathroom, and a room facing the square and Montalbano street. We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.

The apartment has a terrace with a beautiful sea view where you can look at the beautiful old town of Rovinj. It was completely renovated in May 2020.
