Hey Rovinj is a spacious & chic stone guest house, which was built in the 16th century, with unique atmosphere and hospitality. The house contains four cozy studios and two individual rooms, all with mid-century modern furnishings and Istrian design touch. Near the Basilica of St. Euphemia and Balbi’s Arch from 1679. We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.

Our one-room apartment is located in a quiet part of the city, only 15 minutes' walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the nearest beach. In the immediate vicinity, about a 2-minute walk away, there is a mini market, a stand with local fruits and vegetables, and several restaurants. The apartment has a private balcony overlooking the garden and greenery.

App Sea, 70m from beach

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Rovinj Carera

Apartment located 10m from the main Carera street, 100m from the main promenade by the sea where there are many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, galleries, boats .. 5 minutes from the church of Sv. Euphemia. The nearest beach in a beautiful pine forest is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Bright and spacious studio in the heart of Rovinj's old town peninsula, a few dozen steps from the sea, all the sights and the best bars and restaurants. Tucked away behind a chapel/gallery, the studio is on the third floor (attic) of a newly refurbished building with three more rentals.
