We are experienced super hosts and pride ourselves on exceeding our guests expectations and providing a wonderful break. *Bed 2 is in open area, perfect for younger guests* Please note there is restricted height and stairs at points. Family-friendly or a romantic retreat for two, it's on the 1st & 2nd floors of a Grade II Listed building dating back to the 1500s, managed by Hannah. It’s ideal for a staycation. On the first floor there's a living room, kitchen & bathroom. On the 2nd floor there's a double bedroom & a twin bedroom with two full-size single ‘cabin’ beds, connected by a dressing room.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The building was re-built in 1420 and the Tearoom under this property is now the oldest established Tearoom in Rye. This beautiful large property has been decorated to compliment this charming old building. With its wonky floors and beamed rooms it’s the perfect place to stay. Modern bathroom and kitchen.

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area.
