We hope you will feel relaxed and comfortable in our much loved holiday home. We have photographed our rooms honestly, no wide angled lenses or breakfast trays with flowers and croissants. We hope you will love the house for its fantastic views and a kitchen that is a dream to cook and entertain in. 7 The Reach is a Luxury 3 bedroom apartment located right on the beach at South Sands sleeping up to 6 people in total comfort of stylish coastal chic. Offering stunning sea views from two Juliette balconies, it's a paradise for beach lovers and guests can put their feet in the white sand and swim in the sea moments from the front door. The rear of the property has an enclosed west facing balcony, ideal for catching the evening sunset. The Hotel spa is available to use & chargeable directly.

Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, 2 on request. A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required in main school holiday. NO PETS. Any questions, please just ask

Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
