Just a 5 minute downhill walk into town centre, the recently built property, accommodates up to 4 people. Parking for 1 car, 2 on request. A lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size & the other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Beautifully Renovated Blackberry Cottage

Blackberry Cottage is a 300 year old cottage which we have lovingly refurbished into a beautiful cottage for modern living. The spaces are light and airy, the kitchen is south facing and has bifold doors leading out to the patio and garden, bringing the outside in. Blackberry cottage is available on a weekly basis during the school holidays with changeover day being a Friday. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.

South Milton/Thurlestone Sands -Self Contained

Littl'un is attached to a modern country home in the South Huish Valley less than 1 mile from the beautiful South Milton Sands. Situated on a working dairy farm between Hope Cove and Thurlestone but only 5 miles from Salcombe and 4 from Kingsbridge. This self contained unit has a double bed and small double sofa bed -suitable for a couple, family with up to 2 small children or 3 friends, with plenty of room for a travel cot. There is ample parking & separate private entrance.

The Old Coach House is a delightful cottage located just a stone's throw from the heart of Salcombe, on Knowle Road just opposite Allen Hayes Road. Just a couple of minutes' walk down onto either Island Street or Fore Street, the cottage is ideally located for exploring Salcombe and all it has to offer. <br><br>
