The owners, have tenderly re-created a heavenly chalet after the original chalet from the 1930's was knocked down in 2019 & rebuilt to this stunning standard by local craftsmen. The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

The Beach Hut is a beautiful, self-contained, New England style property. A delightful escape, tastefully decorated to suit the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty , but with the odd quirky touch here and there. Just above the Embankment of the Kingsbridge estuary with simply stunning views over the tidal water way. Beautifully converted granary, affording stunning views of the rolling countryside and plenty of outdoor space and parking to suit your needs. Equal distance from Totnes, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Kingsbridge, but importantly good reachable distance from the beach. The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.
