Treehouse Adventure

Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Bella's Suite is a cozy, quiet, poolside getaway.

Bella's suite feels like a tropical getaway with its soothing earth tone décor. You immediately feel like you are home. There's a full kitchen, a beautiful rain shower, a very comfortable memory foam queen bed, 2 Roku TVs, a dining table, and a dedicated workspace in the bedroom. You can relax by the pool located next to the suite. Both inside & outside of Bella's Suite are supremely well-kept and cleaned after each stay. It is blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and major freeways.

A beautiful and well maintained Tranquil Studio/ With a Private Patio. Entire Studio to yourselves. 2 guests. 1 queen bed..1 queen/futon couch, with lovely bed linens and plush towels. 1 tub/shower.Futon made up on request at the time of booking. Where movie magic happens nestled in the heart of Santa Clarita is a charming studio guest house thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of your own home including a soak in tub to enjoy and relax after a long day. Location is key, and this beautiful guest home is minutes from the 14 freeway,hiking trails , dining, Six Flags Magic Mountain, and film locations. This attached suite is newly renovated with all new furnishings, a private and separate entrance with a designated parking spot.

Private Guesthouse

This is a very comfortable NON-SMOKING guesthouse/ studio room with private entrance. Absolutely NO ANIMALS allowed due to my allergies. It has one queen bed. Private full bathroom. There is dresser space as well as hangers. It also has a desk for work space. Smart TV can be used with streaming services. This space does not have a kitchen. But it does have a small fridge and a microwave. Absolutely no filming or photography anywhere on the premises. No visitors allowed without my consent.

Our stylish, cozy and private guest studio is newly renovated and located in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley with easy access to freeways. We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.
