A five minute walk from the beach & a paid-for parking permit is provided in a nearby car park a couple of minutes away. Great access to the SW Coast Path and the fab Devon/Dorset coast!

It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.
