Spacious, light and well equipped one bedroom apartment (single fold out bed in lounge for 3rd person) located on the ground floor with its own small garden boasting views up the River Teign towards Dartmoor and the bonus of private parking. Situated in a quiet residential area only a 5-10 minute walk from the park, beach and village centre. Bed linen, towels and basic first necessities are provided. A beautiful appointed kitchen/diner with low beamed ceiling.Lounge has original oak beams and wood stove. Bedroom with 4 poster bed and one double bedroom Bed settee in the living room. Shower and claw foot bath. Private parking is available directly outside the cottage. The courtyard at the back has furniture for outside dining. Two well behaved dogs allowed with prior agreement.

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
