The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. The annex is a self-contained apartment below our house, comprising a comfortable open-plan living area, with bifold doors opening on to a patio and garden area, with a view of the Teign estuary. A kitchenette area contains a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink unit, all of which can be shut off when not in use. The dining space has a foldaway table and the bedroom a super-king bed, with a separate dressing area and clothes rail, and a modern ensuite bathroom with shower.

Although secluded with a feeling of remoteness, the picturesque village of Widecombe, with its well-known pub is only a five-minute drive away . The listed farmhouse dates back to 1750 and has been lovingly restored in a charming contemporary-chic style, providing a cosy and comfortable interior.
