A superb location and on the level and close to all the Village amenities and its 3 beaches June to the end of September it can be booked weekly running from a Saturday. A lovely quaint 300 year old cottage in the small village of Combeinteignhead Strong cleaning protocol. A beautiful appointed kitchen/diner with low beamed ceiling.Lounge has original oak beams and wood stove. Bedroom with 4 poster bed and one double bedroom Bed settee in the living room. Shower and claw foot bath. Private parking is available directly outside the cottage. The courtyard at the back has furniture for outside dining. Two well behaved dogs allowed with prior agreement.

The property would make a great stay for families or mature couples/groups. The house is situated within a 30 minute drive of Exeter, Torquay or Dartmoor.

Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The property is in a ideal location, only 3 mins walk to the town centre, 10 mins walk to the sea front, 7 mins walk to Teignmouth Train Station, 15 mins walk to Shaldon. We are Dog friendly but pets cannot be left unattended in the property.

Sandy Shaldon beach sits on the beautiful Teign estruary, which you can swim or kayak in. For a change of scenery, you can take the passenger ferry over to Teignmouth town. The house has outdoor areas and a garage.
