An ‘upside-down’ cottage, Yan’s barn, formerly a stable, is a cosy retreat for two. A snug double bedroom downstairs opens onto the enclosed outdoor decked area, complete with table & chairs. A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm, free parking.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

This cottage is the perfect base for your countryside escape. On entering the property there is a kitchen dining area with patio doors looking out over the surrounding views. Following on from the kitchen, there is the large living space with a pool table. Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs there is a vaulted bedroom with super king bed, single bed and en-suite bathroom. Stepping outside there is a private hot tub and fully fenced garden

Spacious country retreat in the heart of Devon.

The Cider Barn, a piece of our 17th Century Devon farm. This beautiful space provides spacious self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people. Its a fantastic place to relax, and visit local attractions like Dartmoor. Unwind in a private wood fired hot tub gazing out onto the idyllic countryside. Home grown eggs, chicken and beef for sale. We have a pizza oven to rent and a charcoal bbq. Dogs very welcome, however they must be kept off soft furnishings at all times.
