Located 2 minutes from Teatown Nature Reserve (35 mins from NYC) on 1+ acre in the Lower Hudson Valley, this updated 2,600sf oasis is the perfect forest setting for your family or business retreat. It features an oversized gourmet chef's kitchen with adjoining dining room. There are 4 bedrooms, including a nursery/crib, additional sleeping spots, and stunning views from a perfectly perched solarium. The great room features a spectacular working fire place and floor to cathedral ceiling windows.

Clean, convenient, & close to train & downtown

Beautiful and clean one bedroom unit (with own bathroom, living room, fridge, and kitchenette-no stove) with easy off-street parking! Private entrance and easy walk to the White Plains Metro North Station! Great for those visiting NYC, working at nearby hospitals or companies, commuting into the city, or visiting family in Westchester! Living room sofa can become a futon to sleep on. We have toddlers, but we always try to keep any noise to a minimum, and they usually are in bed by 8 PM.

Coming to visit the city that never sleeps? We are 30 minutes from Time Square and walking distance to St. John’s Hospital. Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

Come stay with us! You will have the entire first floor to yourself but we will be right upstairs if you should need us! Access to tree lined back yard with fire pit. Close to metro north train to NYC. Minutes to kayaking, hiking, restaurants, cafes & historical sites. Please note: No Kitchen!! Drive, walkway & entrance accessible to full size wheelchair (see photos) but bathroom is not accessible to a wheelchair. Guest must have ability to enter and maneuver the bathroom on thier own.

Our two-bedroom, floor-through apartment is in a prime location, walkable to the train to NYC (30-40 min away) and Hudson Valley towns like Cold Spring. Walkable to the train or local coffee shops, restaurants, shops, yoga, parks, the supermarket, a farmers market and the scenic Croton Aqueduct Trail with views of the river. It's pet-friendly and perfect for family visits, week or weekend escapes, scouting out the town for prospective moves, and waiting out home renovations.
