Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

Light and spacious apartment in a stand-alone annexe in the grounds of our house, 250m from the River Thames. Modern furniture, TV, wifi, full kitchen, washing machine, freezer. Great location for eating out and for access to countryside. Close to Windsor, Eton, Marlow, Cliveden National Trust and lovely river walks. 5 minutes from Maidenhead station. 10 minutes from The Fat Duck and the Waterside Inn. We are near a railway line. It doesn't bother us at all but you can hear the trains.

Nearby towns of Chesham & Amersham have transport links into London and offer a host of restaurants and shops. The Chilterns AONB is well renowned among walkers. We are convenient for The Harry Potter studios (20 min drive) The property is self contained and totally separate from the owner's house so you can come and go as you please.

Relax in this modern, calm, stylish space, a new addition integral to our family home. Parking on road. The living area has a very comfortable sofa bed. We are 12 mins walk from Sunbury Main line train station with trains direct to London or short bus ride to Feltham station with fast trains to London Waterloo. Close to Heathrow airport, Kew Gardens, Hampton Court, Twickenham, BP village. 10 minutes walk from the village with good pubs and restaurants. Walking distance to Kempton Park.

Southwood Gardens annexe in Cookham

We are right on the edge of the beautiful village of Cookham. The accommodation is annexed to the main house and is accessed through a secured side-gate for total privacy. There is also free private parking on the front drive. The room is ideal for people who need to commute (1 hour by train to London, 25 minutes drive to Heathrow), or families who need to have additional accommodation for their loved ones to stay in the area. Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex.
