This charming, typical Majorcan rural house has a pool and is surrounded by a widespread Mediterranean garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and sunny part of town, just a 20 minutes walk from the city center and only 2 miles from the beach. The house provides two bed- and two bath rooms which comfortably accommodate four adults. Since we spend a lot of time with our baby girl here we are happy to share a baby bed and a high-chair with you. The staircase on the first floor has a barrier.

Contamos con un precioso jardín del siglo XIX, perfecto para disfrutar al aire libre. Utilizamos productos y servicios locales y sostenibles.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

Dieses Ferienhaus befindet sich in der Bucht von Port de Sóller, in der ruhigen Wohngegend „Torre Picada“, es vereint das Beste aus Meer und Bergen. In der Umgebung von Sóller und dem Hafen, weniger als eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt, empfiehlt es sich, andere Städte und Orte zu besuchen, wie Deiá, Valldemossa, Fornalutx. Sa Calobra und Cala Tuent 45 min. Für die Sportlicheren gibt es Wanderrouten, die Port de Sóller mit Deiá und Valldemossa verbinden.
