The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental.

Private apartment in a house with dedicated entry, near NYC. Bus stop is on the corner, ferry is a 5 minute drive away. Plenty of food options within walking distance. The apartment is a 1 BR, living room, full kitchen, and renovated bathroom. There is free parking just send me details of the plate ahead of time. Quiet and safe FYI it is an urban area if driving in take into consideration parking is difficult at times
