Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

Clock Cottage is a self contained open plan suite located on the ground floor with garden views located within a characterful rural village within a 5 minute drive from Rutland water. The suite is open plan and includes a king sized bed, comfy living area and kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, freestanding open plan bathtub and separate bathroom and outside dining area. The living area can be used as a family/friends bedroom with the use of a fold out sofa bed. Ideal for a couple.

Half an hr from Stamford & Rutland Water and only 10 mins from small market town of Uppingham. We offer two interconnecting double bedrooms with shower room and kitchenette with dining table in family home. First Bedroom on 1st floor and 2nd bedroom on second floor, within apartment. La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.
