Garden Studio on the edge of the Cotswolds

A modern, cosy garden studio on the edge of the Cotswolds, in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Cheltenham, Worcester & Stratford Upon Avon are just a short drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Spring Cottage, Brasenose Farm, Steeple Aston

Kate and Carl welcome you to Spring Cottage, a comfortable, ground-floor studio with en-suite facilities built in 2017. It's an ideal base for a short break visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Stratford-upon-Avon, or relaxing after a day's shopping in Bicester Village. The cottage is located on our smallholding at the edge of the picturesque village of Steeple Aston. We are also very popular with people who need a comfortable base while working away from home.

This cosy lodge offers a romantic haven for couples wanting to relax in peace. The luxury interior is styled to impress with every comfort catered for. Outside the covered veranda has a private hot tub, swing seat, outdoor hot shower and dining area where you can kick back and relax. Whether you want to stargaze, ramble, or relax, this is the ideal quiet venue with stunning sunsets and views over rolling countryside, horses, sheep and alpacas. Adults only. 2 guests max. Luxury Stratford-upon-Avon riverside retreat

A beautiful Chalet styled home & sun deck in a stunning park with the facilities of a unique styled club house which offers a restaurant/bar/sky tv/BT sports evening entertainment set on the banks of the River Avon. The club also provides a water taxi which travels along the scenic river directly into the fabulous centre of Stratford upon Avon with the world renowned Swan Theatre and other cultural attractions. Upper Arley Farm Lodge

Escape to the countryside for a couples retreat in this stunning one bed lodge located on a working family farm, situated in Upper Arley. The lodge is surrounded by fields with stunning views of the Severn Valley, Clee and Malvern hills and is only a short walk away from Arley Arboretum, the Severn Valley Railway and the quaint village of Arley itself. Historical towns, Bridgnorth and Bewdley, are a 15 minute drive away. Be sure to say hello to Tess, our free-roaming Border Collie!

The Deer Leap Lakeside, Woodland Cabin

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

Vyners Studio

Vyners Studio is situated in the peaceful and idyllic village of Long Compton, an excellent location for exploring the nearby pretty Cotswold villages and local attractions. The studio is full of natural light, minimally furnished with stunning views of the beautiful rolling countryside. Pond side Shepard’s hut

A Brand new cosy Shepards hut for two, Relax in the countryside just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. Our beautiful Shepards hut has all you need for a relaxing and peaceful get away. It is completely on its own with totally private use of all the space you can just relax and forget about the world during your stay. The Shepards hut is a cosy space with views of of our beautiful horses to the front and a lovely nature pond to the left.

The Mirror Houses - Cubley

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Overlooking the bowling green from the decking and close to the River Avon our Lodge is the perfect base to explore this Historic area. Warwick & Kenilworth Castle are not far away and National trust properties are close by or just a walk into Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon.
