You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is NO shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

A private seated garden area and reserved off road parking are other property features. You will have immediate access to a foot / cycle path that winds down through woodland to the idyllic Cotswold village of Blockley. Within a few miles from Lodge Walk you will find the picturesque Cotswold towns of Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden and Broadway

In addition to your bedroom and bathroom you can enjoy your own sitting room with large Smart TV and separate breakfast/garden room in this comfortable and cosy Cotswold cottage. ALTHOUGH THE HOST LIVES HERE YOUR PRIVACY IS FULLY RESPECTED. There are several excellent pubs are within easy reach. The village is a haven of peace and quiet but close to the historic towns of Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Broadway among others. There are also many beautiful walks from the house.

The Studio at Sandys House

Close to the centre of Chadlington and the nearby Cafe, which offers breakfasts and light meals, the Tite Inn and local deli and butcher's shops, the Studio offers peaceful and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a lovely garden setting at Sandys House (Grade 2 listed) including kitchen, shower-room and living / creative space with wifi. An ideal retreat for artists / writers or Cotswold visits, and garden tours , with nearby London rail links via Charlbury (GWR) or Oxford.

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A spacious independently accessed annex on the Evesham Road conveniently located for the RSC. We are located a mile from Stratford Upon Avon town centre, it is a 20 min stroll either by road or along the River Avon. A 5 min walk to the racecourse. The annex comprises of a bathroom with shower and bath, a bedroom with a fridge and kettle and a conservatory with sofa and television. Also a South facing outside patio area to yourselves.
