Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. The studio apartment is very similar with another one (Terra app) in the same building so when booked together it's suitable for families and friends up to 6!

Supermarket (working time: 7 - 21h), pharmacy, post office, and caffe bar are on a distance of 2,5km. First bigger town (Labin: 20 min), where you can find everything you may need.

Palace Lazzarini-Battiala apartment "Kostanj"

The " Lazzarini- Battiala" palace is a part of the baroque country-side castle built in 1797. in a peaceful place Martinski, only 10 min away from Labin and 15 min away from beautiful beaches. The palace is protected by the Republic of Croatia-Ministry of culture, so this was respected during the restoration - all the rooms and interior were left as they were.
