New to the rental market, our family home is the perfect island getaway during any season! We're a few minutes walk to the beach and just a block away from our little beach town. Sunset Beach is quiet and feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Nat'l Geographic named Sunset Beach as one of the top 21 beaches in the world! 2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

This beach house has everything you could want for your vacation. With 4 bedrooms and a loft, 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, and a screened in porch, everyone will be comfortable. It's a short walk to the beach with public access on our street, and one street over to the pier and island shops. Additionally, it is stocked with lots of games, bikes, beach gear and linens/towels, making your packing light. You'll have a great time making wonderful memories!
