You will love my apartment because it is located in the old part of the city, with a beautiful view of the Golden Gate that stretches from the apartment balcony .Apartment is equipped to feel like in your home, and arranged to experience life on the Adriatic sea . . This holiday home is almost 70 years old and is located near Rovinj, with a 5 minutes drive from the sea and beaches. You have at disposal almost 8000m2 of countriside. It is a one floor house of 120 m2 decorated with a mix of antique and modern furniture, suitable for 5 guests. There are the kitchen, lounge area , two bathrooms, king bedroom for three persons and second bedroom with a double bed. Both bedrooms have terrase. You can enjoy arround a new swimming pool. Swimm and bath.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

Pješice možete doći do restorana ,marketa i caffe bara. Vila se prostire na više od 500m2 okućnice i 130 m2 kuće. U privatnom vrtu nalazi se bazen s vanjskim tušem, roštilj s vrtnom garniturom i vanjski stol .Cijela kuća klimatizirana je i ima besplatan wi-fi priključak.
