There are 2 shops (Tesco & One Stop) and a pub/restaurant within a five minute walk and we are about a 5 minute drive from the M5. Dogs may be considered 🐶

Greenlands Barn is in a lovely quiet spot off the River Tone. From the doorstep you can walk along the river, go further onto the Somerset levels or do a circuit to the local pub in the next village. The barn is light and airy with a large kitchen diner & living room, king size bedroom, spacious bathroom, walled courtyard and private riverbank. There are mountain bikes and a 2-person canoe for use during your stay. Historic towns, countryside or just a rest by the wood-burning stove awaits you.

It is also a very close walk to the town centre and Somerset County Cricket Ground. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, most within walking distance. There is one allocated parking space.

Nestled on the edge of the Quantock Hills, The Old Potting Shed is a self contained holiday let enjoying views of the surrounding gardens with pretty shrubs and our own pet chickens wandering around. There is a mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. A wonderful array of pubs are just on the doorstep as well as a village shop.

Visit gorgeous Leat Cottage, part of historic Longaller Mill, situated just outside Taunton. Come and enjoy an environmentally green break with us. The mill makes its own electricity, which supplies Leat Cottage, so everything from your cup of tea to your hot shower is water-powered. The River Tone flows directly under the mill so you are also right next to the water. Large private garden & parking too.
