Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

Set in an idyllic three acres of rolling countryside near Dawlish, Leat Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind, a great base from which to explore the south west or an inspiring retreat to write or paint. A warm welcome awaits you to a cosy cottage set in stunning rural surroundings and only a 45 minute walk or 5-10 minute drive to Dawlish, 15-20 minute drive to Teignmouth or 25 minute drive to Exeter. Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Dolphin Cottage, 11 Horse Lane is a cosy cottage in the quaint village of Shaldon and is less than 1 minute walk from the beach, village centre and ferry to Teignmouth. The cottage has recently been refurbished and is a light, bright space decorated in a beachy style. The cottage has all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Due to living space size, the cottage is: SUITABLE FOR 5 ADULTS. SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN/1 INFANT SORRY NO PETS / SMOKING/VAPING NO PARKING

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A converted barn, with stairs to a minstrel-style gallery bedroom with a four-poster bed. Part of a small complex of 5 cottages, The Linhay is set back behind the courtyard, in its own secluded area. Downstairs there is a comfy lounge with log burner and patio doors to a private patio area. A kitchen/diner with full-size cooker, microwave and fridge. Good size downstairs bathroom. Maximum Occupancy 2 persons (sorry no children). No pets.

The Old Piggery is a self catered cottage all on the ground floor. Open plan kitchen, living, diner area with Freeview TV, dining table and 4ft sofa bed. The Kitchen area has gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box) and washing machine. The double bedroom has Freeview TV and is en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet. Underfloor central heating, gas, electricity and Wi-Fi included. Patio area with garden furniture shared with one other property, and Private parking for 2 cars.
