Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The Grade II listed cowshed conversion has high beamy ceilings, light spacious rooms with rustic features from the farm in its heyday. An airy double room with ensuite shower offering privacy at the front of the house ten minutes walk from the Bombay Sapphire Distillery Experience. There is a local pub, The Watership Down Inn, but please check their web site for opening times, bookings and menus - it is very popular and early booking is recommended. Winchester and Highclere are a half hour drive away as well as other locations in the Test Valley. Continental breakfast included.

Our Property is on the very edge of Warminster. Your accomodation is the loft conversiosn, with your own private entrance.. We can accommodate a maximum of four persons in two rooms. We are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome.
