Perfect for families, this lovingly updated large Victorian 5 bed with huge renovated kitchen/diner onto a big garden is in a great location, just off the popular Vale Square and only 10 mins walk from 2 beaches, 5 mins into town and 15 mins walk to the train station. We can sleep 12+ comfortably. Parking for 2 cars and free on street parking. We are in a family neighbourhood and ideally situated for family and friends to gather together. We are not suitable for large groups who wish to party.

The room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa whilst relaxing in the super king size bed, or a evening glass of wine on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.
