Modja Modja House: King Ensuite with Rolltop Bath

Brand new, Custom designed room above the best pub in town (well we think so) Room 2 - Rich colours, modern furnishings and fittings. Underfloor heating, small fridge and all the expected luxuries in a room. To ensure a good nights rest, the pub garden is closed from 10 PM onwards. Additionally, we offer the convenience of adding drinks to your stay, so you can have something ready upon your arrival. A stylish and spacious room in a large period house in central Margate with a bay window overlooking Dreamlands and the sea. This room sleeps 2 in a hotel standard Super King bed with deep mattresses and hypoallergenic, Egyptian cotton bedding. The bed also be converted into 2 single beds to make a twin room. Chill out in the large and airy shared lounge and dining spaces, relax in the courtyard garden and hot tub or make the most of Margate's beaches that are just 5 minutes away.

Wake up to a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee before heading out into the historic city of Canterbury. The Grade II listed Georgian townhouse has five guest rooms, each individually designed, with unusual, one-off pieces of furniture and sleek, contemporary bathrooms. The emphasis in our kitchen is on homemade, local, and seasonal produce and breakfasts are freshly made and served, on winter days, in front of a crackling fire. Belvidere Place has a small courtyard garden which has with some unusual plants and provides us with some herbs for the kitchen.
