Cottage with Parking, close to Sea in Old Town

We love Margate and we think our cottages are the perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to give! Cottage no 14 is located right in the heart of Margate's Old Town. It is one of two cottages that we offer, both of which are tucked away in a private gated courtyard on Love Lane. The cottages are literally yards from the many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that the Old Town has to offer and are a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach. And we have parking!

Take it easy at this unique getaway, sleeps 4 woodland walks, local pub/restaurant ,Micro brewery and much more to make your time away a memorable one. A beautiful hidden cottage on the edge of the Old Town, tucked away among the trees with private driveway, front garden and just a few minutes stroll through the vintage shops, award-winning restaurants, bars and cafes to the beach. Our historic cottage has been newly restored to a high standard with contemporary furnishings and bespoke features throughout. Located in a perfect green and tranquil spot, the wonderful Turner Contemporary art Gallery and main sands are just a 3 minute walk away.

Surrounded by fields and orchards, our self contained, detached annexe makes an ideal retreat for a break in the countryside. You share your stay with our horses and goat who graze in the paddock opposite. It is the perfect base to explore the city of Canterbury, the glorious Kent coast and hotspots Whitstable and Margate (we are conveniently based between them -only a twenty minute drives). Characterful, cosy cottage 2 mins from the Beach

If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

The Little House in Broadstairs is a 3 storey cottage which has been renovated, with a modern cottage style. The ground floor has plenty of space for storage & relaxing - with a boot room, lounge and a dining /work space in the cellar. On the first floor, there are two good sized bedrooms which can sleep up to 5 (one double bed & one triple bunk, although, top bunk only suitable for children). Wardrobes in both bedrooms. Bathroom located on the ground floor. Wifi and private garden.

The stairs for the cottage are very steep but are the traditional stairs for the cottage.
