space2stay a luxurious private room with ensuite set in the heart of folkestone's creative quarter. our new operating hours mean that we close at 9pm most nights with the occasional extension to 10; this ensures no "late night bar noises" to interrupt your stay. we are, however, in the middle of an ever evolving town centre, so there’s a chance it could still be noisier than the travelodge down the road but seriously, we think if you've read this far, you'll love it here!

1 Bedroom self contained studio, with private entrance(and includes self check in) , which is situated along a beautiful quiet lane, it also has it's own private parking on driveway. The studio comprises of a bedroom, bathroom (wet room)and kitchenette area, which is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and kettle, there is also a washing machine if guests wish to use. There is an outdoor seating area, where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

Stylish and peaceful boutique studio just a few minutes walk from beach and town. Separate double bedroom with luxury bedding & Smart TV with Netflix. Lounge (can be made up into 2nd double bedroom) opening to private patio area with fatboy beanbag and table and chairs for lounging. Nesperesso machine, crockery & cutlery, microwave, mini-fridge & and tasty treats provided in lounge. There are Dyson heater/coolers in each room & underfloor heating in lounge.
