Located in a safe, quiet residential street, it is a perfect place to relax after a day in the city. Only 3 blocks to the Path train to WTC (in 12 minutes) and Midtown (in 22 minutes) which runs 24/7, making all tourist attractions and shopping very convenient. Groceries, restaurants, etc.

Your affordable Home away from Home close to NYC

My place is where I Iive, 30 min away from NYC by train or Public bus/metro transfers takes you in 60 min but more affordably with the 7 day unlimited metro card for 33 usd. I offer the entire home or the option to share it with me for a cheaper price. Airport transfers and private daily car rentals are available for day trips. My home is your home a bit away from a noisy city. Please keep in mind that this is where I live when not rented, so do expect to see my personal clothes and charm.
