Típica casa mallorquina con amplio patio trasero completamente reformada. Situada en una zona céntrica de Palma cerca del casco antiguo, Santa Catalina, Paseo Marítimo y Paseo Mallorca. En la amplia terraza se sentirá como si no estuvieses en el centro de la ciudad. Palma es la capital de Mallorca y una buena base para visitar sus playas distribuidas alrededor de la isla y visitar a pie el casco antiguo, calles comerciales y restaurantes y bares de los barios de Santa Catalina o la Lonja.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

In the rear part of the ground floor there is a cozy double bedroom with water bed, a bathroom and a small single bedroom. Upstairs there is another living room with mini-kitchen, a double and a single bedroom plus a bathroom with shower.

You can relax, enjoy togetherness, sun yourself and read in peace, or fan out in all directions to explore the island. Palma and the nearest sea access are approx. 30 minutes away by car. But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.
