It is located in the beautiful secluded cove of Port Gaverne a short 10 minute walk up the steep hill to the picturesque harbour of Port Isaac - home of fictitious Doc Martin and Fisherman's Friends. Pop's Place is a self catering annexe with private patio and parking. A few yards away is Port Gaverne beach ideal for swimming, body boarding, sailing, beach-combing. Ocean view boasts one of the best views on the North Devon coast and is the perfect base from which to explore Exmoor. Offering great views but also tv and fast WiFi for those days/nights inside. Parking is available for multiple cars in the gated yard, and the covered parking area has an allocated space. Lockable storage for bikes, surfboards etc. is available. The adjacent properties can be let together to accommodate larger groups.

Land's House is a Grade II listed building which has been tastefully modernised but still retains many original features. Accommodation is over 3 floors and is therefore not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties.
