The Nuffield, Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and County Hall (Devon County Council) are a 10 minute walk away. The nearest cafe, pub, shop and takeaway are a 5 minute walk away with a multiple main route bus stop just outside.

It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.

It’s a comfortable place for work (next to university) and leisure/holidays (less than a miles, 18 mins walking to High Street John Lewis) in high sought after residential area in Exeter, Devon - beauty West Country. Self-contained studio equipped with double bed, sofa bed, fridge, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave or induction cooker, cutleries, etc. This is our home, a family run BnB. We try our very best to make you feel home, while this is not a hotel.

Private and cosy, with garden view

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

The Loft, Uni & City centre 5 minutes Free parking

7 minutes walk to City Centre/ University Campus. A wonderful spot right in the centre of Exeter. It’s a charming “tiny house” which is completely independent of the main house with its own parking spot. The upstairs bedroom/living area is delightful - you look out onto the garden on all sides. It’s a very quiet location but only a few minutes stroll to the university, city centre, cathedral and canal. Reclaimed wooden floors throughout and a super comfortable double bed.

Self contained annexe to the main house. Private entrance and newly finished dedicated patio area, enjoying beautiful views and spacious garden. The room features a double bed with ensuite shower room, breakfast area with fridge and freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and chairs. Travel cot available. This is the ideal place for a peaceful rest in a quiet location, close to local shops and services.
