As a Certified Yoga & Garuda Barre Instructor, living in Sonoma, CA, I love teaching Yoga, Yoga Sculpt (Yoga/mat Pilates fusion), Aqua Fitness and Barre classes at resorts/spas and studios in Sonoma & Napa Valley, seeing clients make progress towards their goals. I grew up near Philadelphia, PA, with a French mom, and I am bilingual in French and English. I love being out in nature, traveling and spending time with my son and family and friends.
