This place is lovely, as described, and in a really great part of LA. I loved wandering to coffee shops and sunset blvd, but also appreciated that it was a bit tucked away.

I had to remove a star because the AC is controlled in the main house, and there was no AC during weekday hours or any time the main house is empty. The heat in LA reached 100 degrees two days while I was there. The first day, they were apologetic about it over text, but the second day, the AC was again left off all day and my texts weren't responded to :/ This happened again the second to last day I was there (they left the AC off despite it being 97 degrees), and I left a day early because of it, dripping in sweat. The host had sent me a heat advisory, so I know she was aware how hot it would be, but the AC was still left off. I don't think this is safe, and def wasn't clear in the listing -- I hope this is able to be resolved for future guests.

Otherwise, it was a lovely spot.
