Perfect little place in Marblehead! Breck has thought of everything. There are a few treats, drinks & coffee in the kitchenette and a little shampoo conditioner and soaps in the bathroom. The bed is super cozy. This place is definitely better in person than the photos. It’s everything you need plus a little extra. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. Lots of the most gorgeous Victorian homes I’ve ever seen. It is a quick drive to “downtown” Marblehead and about 10 minutes to Salem. I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the location and how quiet & cute the neighborhood was. It was very walkable and close to the water. Breck was kind of enough to leave great recommendations in the binder. We appreciated the white noise machine for sleeping and the bed was very comfy. The included parking spot was also appreciated given our long car ride from PA.

However, the place was smaller than we anticipated and the amenities could have been a bit better. Notably, the kettle had clumps of mold in it and was unable to be used. Since the Air B&B is essentially a basement, we found 2-3 bugs in the 3 nights we stayed. There were two small cartons of water and one small juice, and anticipated a bit more given the lack of a kitchen.

I do want to point out Breck’s kindness and responsiveness throughout the stay. Especially with the kettle, she offered to have her parents bring us hot water since she was away. This is a good place if you are only in the area for 2-3 days and just need a place to sleep.

My husband and I planned a trip to Salem and Breck's home was a short drive away. It's in a quiet, beautiful town. Short walk from the water. Honestly, the cutest place. We felt safe.

Check in was simple and Breck was very responsive. Her place was very clean and exactly what we were looking for. I wish we spent more time there but we had a lot packed in for the weekend. The parking space was also a plus since we drove up from PA.

Overall, completely worth the money and would love to stay again. Next time would like to check out Marblehead and more of their restaurants.
