Beautiful view and extremely friendly host, quick drive to Amalfi

The view is why you book this place, and it didn't disappoint. Sveva was very friendly and helpful, and offered things we hadn't anticipated. The translation tools in Airbnb messages and G Translate are very helpful in communicating. The listing says there is free parking on premises, but that is NOT correct. You'll be charged $25 per 24 hours to park in the garage. Plan on walking a little ways with your luggage. Also, the coordinates given for the parking garage are off. Basically you are asked to park in the garage for the Auditorium Oscar Niemeyer, with the entrance to the garage found at 40.651057, 14.614613, on the east side of the auditorium, which is one road up the hill from the Airbnb location. If you stay here, we recommend you find the stairs next to Santa Maria delle Grazie and walk up to Ravello - an incredibly charming mountain town. You'll want to spend at least a half day up at Ravello. The streets all along the coast are very narrow and windy, so rent a small car.

The view is absolutely fantastic. I was so content to sit there morning and night and stare out. Amazing.

The host is an incredible hostess! She made us breakfast, sent a car to find us and responded the moment we needed anything. Couldn’t recommend her more highly!

There was storage, shampoo, hair dryer, and everything was very tidy. Comfortable mattress, good sized bed.

Not a high end stay but clean,, ample room.

We counted 180 stairs from the Airbnb up to town. Was a great walk for us!

In September, the bus from Ravello to Amalfi runs only a few times a day.

Ravello is a charming town and we are so thrilled we chose to stay here rather than Amalfi or anywhere else. Town has some fabulous restaurants and cafes with incredible views! So many walks from here and places to visit!
