This place was adequate for my family's short trip to San Fran, but honestly not amazing.

Pros: clear and prompt communication, nice neighborhood, nice views. Towels and sheets were well laundered.

Cons: unit was dirty and had some significant deferred maintenance issues. E.g. previous guest's dirty socks left in dining area, toothpaste glob in sink, dusty furniture, chipped and peeling paint, moldy windowsills, moldy grout & caulk, mildewed shower curtain.

This spot was nice. Easy check in, responsive host, looks exactly like the photos, great price, and immaculate view on the patio.

I only have two complaints, but it has more to do with the exterior. There's a lot of stairs to walk on to get to the airbnb, which wasn't too much of an issue for us, but I can see it being an issue for others. Also parking is abysmal, good luck finding one close to the Airbnb, otherwise you'll have to park at the bottom of the hill and walk back up.

Overall the host was great, the Airbnb was as it looks. Highly recommend if you don't mind walking too much.

Amazing stay and responsive host. The place was clean and comfortable. The value was great and the view of the city was beautiful. Only issue was parking as you had to park pretty far away but overall was a splendid stay and would definitely stay here again.

This is a gorgeous little spot with a great view. It had all the basics we needed for just a nights stay. Very quick responses and great communication.
