We had the best time during our photoshoot with Idaly! She was very knowledgeable of the area and did everything she could to accommodate my mother who is disabled and uses a walker.

Idaly went above and beyond to make our experience special. She even gave us a ride to the different locations because my mom has trouble walking long distances.

Our pictures came out beautifully! She really captured my mother’s spirit. I booked this shoot for my mom’s 81st birthday and it is one of the best investments I made! I will have these memories for the rest of my life.

We had such a fun time in Playa Del Carmen taking family pictures. Idaly was so kind and was like a magician with my three year old. He had such a fun time and was smiling for the camera! Highly recommend.

We did a photoshoot as a family of five. Myself, my husband, parents and toddler. We were originally scheduled on a Monday, but just hours before the shoot my son got sick. I messaged Idaly asking if she had any flexibility to reschedule and she was incredibly kind and willing to move the shoot on another date.

On the day of the photoshoot in Playa de Carmen, Idaly was very kinda and assisted me with parking using the local app, which I later paid her for. I didn’t have any coins with me. This helped ease my stress right before the shoot. Afterwards, we had the chance to explore fifth avenue without having to worry about getting our rental car booted.

Idaly was SO good with my son, who is not typically easy to work with. However, Idaly was professional and knew exactly how to guide us to get great photos. The location was beautiful and the photos turned out amazing! I am so glad we decided to book this experience. I highly recommend!
