You’ll be fueled for a day of adventure after one of Mary’s breakfasts. We wished we had larger stomachs to fit in the homemade jams and bread, local salmon and many other items she served. Mary was extremely welcoming and friendly. She went beyond the expected by warming up our leftovers for supper one evening and setting and clearing the dishes for us. The lodging was incredibly clean, roomy and private. You have a view of Clew Bay from your lounge window. A wonderful base for exploring Achill Island and other sights in County Mayo.

We had such a lovely stay here ! The location is perfect – great base for exploring Achill Island, hiking in Nephin National Park, or visiting Westport. The room was cosy, comfortable, and spotless, and we had plenty of privacy which made it even more relaxing. Mary, our host, was absolutely wonderful – so kind, caring, and always ready to help.
