Beautiful apartment, freshly renovated.
Great location and easy access to the city and South Melbourne.

I loved my stay at the guesthouse. I had a beautiful view of the bushland and mountainous area where I sat and read a book with a cup of tea. I also took advantage of the verandah for breakfast and during the evening the sauna and pool (spa if so desired), which coupled with the bathroom amenities, felt a little like a day spa experience. There is enough privacy and quietude however there is also the opportunity to interact with other guests. I highly recommend this listing. Bronnie and Neil were very accommodating and helpful hosts.

Apartment is located close to Melbourne CBD and Rod Laver Arena, great location if you frequent the city like we did.

Check in/out is through a convenience store located offsite (not the most convenient but also not a deal breaker). Under cover garage with 2 car spaces but a fair distance to walk to the apartment so inconvenient if you want to get in and out quickly or have some large items of shopping to bring back.


The apartment is clean and spacious, there are only 2 bathrooms to share between the 4 rooms so slightly incovnient when you have a big group in the house( we were 2 families of 4 adults and 3 kids).

Communication is excellent and the hosts were very responsive.
