Good: strong shower, spacious bedroom you could work out in, comfortable bed, love that a private bathroom and shower are with the room, responsive host, great neighborhood, walking distance of food, groceries, and public transit

Inconvenience: kitchen cleanliness, dogs were out every day not in kennels as the original description shared, sometimes barking at inconvenient times around 6/7am, smell of dog took over at times but host was quick to respond to fix,
host sleeps on the couch so no access to the living room but bedroom is spacious enough where it's not claustrophobic,
Occasionally host brings friend over and is loud after 10pm through midnight in living room which can be heard upstairs - not daily, about 1-2 times a week


***I did stay for four weeks so the good outweighed the inconveniences
