I needed to stay in Philadelphia for one night. Was traveling with my small dog which was not a problem with the host at all which was a very good thing. Important to know though- there were 2 lockboxs on the railing I spent a good amount of time trying to open the wrong one. The right box is the more traditional one with dials, not buttons. The place was spacious and the room was very cute. Didn't get to see the courtyard as I left at 7:20am. There was a washer/dryer which turned out to be a very good thing there were no clean towels available. I needed to wash some early morning before I left in order to take a shower.
