We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

David’s studio is truly wonderful. Check in was so simple and his mom is such a nice lady who helped get me settled. I would come stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants to get close to the Vatican. Thank you David!!

A family member greeted us and check in was comfortable and easy with nice local recommendations. Some juice and cakes were left for us. When there was no hot water David was very responsive and rectified this quickly.

The flat was clean, comfortable and had good aircon and WiFi. We were disappointed that there were no windows that we could look out of except the frosted front door.

David did message us before our trip to let us know that building work would be taking place in the block however this was much more disruptive than we anticipated. There was extremely loud drilling, banging and shouting workmen, starting by 8am every day. There were also lots of alarms going off. The work was adjacent to the flat and the courtyard outside filled with workmen. There were also rat traps and a persistent smell of urine from the builders’ toilet just outside the flat. All in all, it didn’t feel good value for money or a pleasant space to spend time.

Davids place is good! Comfy bed and amazing AC, real close to the Vatican and in a good neighbourhood! The only issue was how close it is to an adjoining restaurant. We really had a hard time sleeping one of the nights. But other than that if you’re a deep sleeper, no issue!
