Nice and central location, nice house mates!

This is a great home to stay in. The neighbourhood is safe, walking distance to dupont. The two female housemates in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom are lovely, rarely home, and I felt safe the whole time I stayed.
The room is big, and neat, it was like I was staying in my friends room (ie her stuff was still there) so remember to be respectful of the host's property.

It was a great pleasure to stay at Courtney's place. She had everything perfectly organized. I felt very welcome in this cozy little house and also had nice chats with Courtney's two flatmates. Thanks to all of them for having turned my stay in DC to a great experience. Dupont Circle is of course a lovely place to be, with all the restaurants, cafes and trees.

I stayed in the Courtney's place for two nights. The bed was comfortable and location was good. I didn't meet Courtney myself but I met her roommate and she was really nice. I also got all the info I needed from Cortney.
Check-in and -out times were flexible witch was also really good.
